Get into the festive spirit with these Chocolate Pecan Cranberry Balls! Made with Juice Plus+ Chocolate Complete, dates, pecans, and dried cranberries, these treats are packed with holiday flavours. Perfectly balanced with a touch of cinnamon and nut butter, they're easy to prepare and deliciously sweet. For a fun twist, roll them in freeze-dried raspberries for a pop of colour and flavour. Chill them for 30 minutes, and you've got a tasty seasonal snack or dessert!

Ingredients

+ 2 scoops/sachets of Chocolate Complete

+ 90g dates, pitted

+ 120 g rolled oats 1⁄2 tsp.

+  1/2 tsp cinnamon

+ 65g pecans, chopped

+ 65g dried cranberries

+ 1 tbsp. nut butter of choice

+ 100g freeze dried raspberries

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together till it forms a dough. The texture depends highly on how big and soft your dates and cranberries are. If your dough is too dry add more nut butter or water.
  2. Shape the dough into balls.
  3. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. To add a festive touch we rolled some of the balls in freeze dried raspberries. You can roll them in any dried fruits or skip this step.
  5. Enjoy!
