Get into the festive spirit with these Chocolate Pecan Cranberry Balls! Made with Juice Plus+ Chocolate Complete, dates, pecans, and dried cranberries, these treats are packed with holiday flavours. Perfectly balanced with a touch of cinnamon and nut butter, they're easy to prepare and deliciously sweet. For a fun twist, roll them in freeze-dried raspberries for a pop of colour and flavour. Chill them for 30 minutes, and you've got a tasty seasonal snack or dessert!
Ingredients
+ 2 scoops/sachets of Chocolate Complete
+ 90g dates, pitted
+ 120 g rolled oats 1⁄2 tsp.
+ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
+ 65g pecans, chopped
+ 65g dried cranberries
+ 1 tbsp. nut butter of choice
+ 100g freeze dried raspberries
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together till it forms a dough. The texture depends highly on how big and soft your dates and cranberries are. If your dough is too dry add more nut butter or water.
- Shape the dough into balls.
- Place in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- To add a festive touch we rolled some of the balls in freeze dried raspberries. You can roll them in any dried fruits or skip this step.
