By participating in promotions offered by The Juice Plus Company (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 42 053 533 216), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your participation in the any Juice Plus+ promotion.
Note that these terms may be updated or modified at our discretion, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued participation in the promotion constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from participating in the promotion.
Event Extravaganza: 90 Events in 90 Days

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to the “Event Extravaganza – 90 Events in 90 Days” promotion administered by The Juice Plus Company (Australia) Pty Ltd (JPCA). JPCA reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms at any time at its absolute discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
PROMOTION PERIOD
This promotion will begin 12:00am AEST, Tuesday, 1 July 2025 and end 11:59pm AEST, Sunday, 28 September 2025.
OVERVIEW
The “Event Extravaganza” is a community-building initiative encouraging Franchise Partners across Australia and New Zealand (AUNZ) to create and host 90 in-person events over 90 days.
All events must be held in person and can range in size and format including but not limited to coffee catchups, in-home gatherings, Cacao experiences, and larger venue events and must include information about Juice Plus products and/or the Juice Plus opportunity.
MONTHLY EVENT REGISTRATION & PRIZE DRAWS
Franchise Partners who register their events with JPCA will receive one entry into the monthly Event Rockstar prize draw per qualifying event held.
- Each in-person event = 1 entry into the monthly draw
- Example: 1 event per week = 4 entries for that month
Monthly Prize Draw Breakdown:
- 2 x winners per month: $200 total ($100 each)
- Bonus prizes: If more than 30 events are held across AUNZ in a month, 2 additional $100 winners will be drawn
- Total potential prize pool: $1,500 AUD over 3 months
Only in-person events registered through the official process and held during the promotional period will be eligible.
EVENT EXPENSE PARTIAL REBATE
Franchise Partners hosting larger in-person events may apply for a partial rebate to assist with expenses such as venue hire or Juice Plus product used at the event.
To qualify, the event must:
- Be held in person
- Be registered in advance via the official JPCA event registration platform
- Be listed on the Juice Plus+ AUNZ event site
- After the event, submit the following for validation:
- Event photos
- Export of the attendee list including email addresses (via Eventbrite or similar)
- Venue or product expense receipt (if applicable)
- Event outcomes (e.g., total attendance, number of guests, new customers or partners)
Rebate Tiers:
- 20+ attendees: $100 AUD
- 40+ attendees: $200 AUD
- 60+ attendees: $400 AUD
- 80+ attendees: $600 AUD
- 100+ attendees: $1,000 AUD
- Total rebate pool $10,000 AUD
Rebates will be paid mid-month following the month the event was held, once all required documentation is received and approved.
ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to all active Franchise Partners aged 18 years and over residing in Australia or New Zealand.
QUALIFYING EVENTS
All events must be Juice Plus-branded and include information about the Juice Plus products and/or business opportunity.
Community and wellness-themed events are eligible, provided Juice Plus is clearly demonstrated e.g., via smoothie tastings, Cacao, product samples, or inclusion of materials such as Plus Side brochures.
Luminate Launch Incentive

These terms and conditions apply to the “Luminate Launch Incentive” promotion administered by The Juice Plus Company (Australia) Pty Ltd (JPCA). JPCA reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms at any time at its absolute discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication.
PROMOTION PERIOD
This promotion is valid from 12:00am AEST, 20 June 2025, until 11:59pm AEST, 30 June 2025.
THE OFFER
To celebrate the launch of Luminate, JPCA is offering an exclusive incentive to Partners who sell the product during the promotion period.
Sales Reward:

The top 10 Franchise Partners to sell the most Luminate (box of 15 sachets) during the promotional period will each receive a $100 AUD voucher to treat themselves to an “illuminating experience” of their choice.
Bonus Prize Draws:
- All Partners who sell Luminate during the promotion period will be entered into a random draw to win 1 of 2 x $100 AUD vouchers.
- Each sale of a Luminate box (15s) qualifies as one entry.
Total Prize Pool: $1,200 AUD
ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is open to all active Franchise Partners aged 18 years or older, residing in Australia or New Zealand.
QUALIFYING SALES
- Only orders placed by customers (not personal Partner orders) during the promotion period are eligible.
- Each qualifying sale must be for a box of Luminate (15 sachets).
- Only completed and paid orders will be counted.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
- The top 10 Partners to reach the qualifying sales will be contacted via email by 5 July 2025.
- Winners of the two random draws will also be notified by this date.
- Vouchers will be distributed electronically.
