You can check in and collect your lanyard from 4pm on Thursday 19th June at the Cairns Convention Centre.

Doors open at 5:45pm, with our first session kicking off at 6:00pm sharp. We can't wait to welcome you with open arms!

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated

Your daily lunch is taken care of and included in your ticket. We do suggest bringing along some healthy snacks or a few Complete sachets to keep your energy high between sessions. While there aren’t food outlets inside the venue, Cairns Central Shopping Centre and the main town centre are an easy 11-minute walk away if you need anything extra.

We will break each day for your included lunch, but otherwise, there are no formal session breaks.

You’re encouraged to listen to your body; stretch, move, or pop out for a quick bathroom break whenever you need.
