Ingredients
+ 250g unsweetened coconut or soy yoghurt
+ 1 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup
+ 220g pumpkin puree
+ 1 tsp pumpkin spice
+ 7 ice cubes
+ 1 scoop/sachet Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete
Directions
- Add coconut or soy yoghurt, honey (or rice malt syrup), pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, ice cubes and Vanilla Complete to blender. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of soy milk if mixture is too thick.
- Serve in tall milkshake glass, top with a pinch of pumpkin spice and enjoy!
