Freight Update

Effective: December 3rd, 2024. 

We want to keep you informed about upcoming changes to shipping costs for all Juice Plus+ orders. Due to rising inflationary pressure through operational and business challenges and the absorption of freight costs over the years, we have made a decision to go to a weight and destination based charge for all deliveries. 

When Will This Take Effect?
Starting December 3, 2024, any orders dispatched after this date will reflect the new shipping fee. Orders placed before December 3rd will maintain the current rate.

You can manage or adjust your subscription through your Juice Plus+ account.

  1. Is Action Required?
    No action is needed unless you want to adjust your subscription. This update simply informs you of the fee change, which you can view on your account.

  2. How Much Will Shipping Cost?
    Shipping charges will vary by region and package weight across Australia and New Zealand, based on delivery provider rates.

  3. What if I’m on an instalment plan?
    Current installment payments are unaffected. The new rate applies to shipments dispatched after December 3rd, once the 4-month payment cycle is complete.

  4. What if I pay for my order in full?
    If you pay upfront, the new shipping charge will apply to your next shipment after December 3rd.

  5. How do I rush, cancel or manage my subscription?
    You can manage your subscription such as rushing an order, pausing an order, cancelling and more through your Juice Plus+ account or contact Customer Care at jpsupportau@juiceplus.com.
