Ingredients

+  1 tsp Juice Plus+ Chocolate Complete
+  1 cup ground almonds
+  ¾ cup rice flour
+  2 tbsp ground ginger
+  1 tsp cinnamon
+  1 tbsp coconut oil
+  ½ cup agave nectar
+  Icing (optional): ½ cup icing sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice  

Directions  

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add ½ cup water to form a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut with cookie cutters.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
  5. Optional: Mix icing sugar and lemon juice to decorate once cookies are cooled.
