Ingredients
+ 10 Juice Plus+ Fruit Blend Soft Chews, dissolved in the juice of 1 lime+ 1 peeled cucumber, chopped
+ 15 mint leaves
+ 1 tbsp mint syrup
+ 250ml water
+ 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
+ 1 additional lime, juiced
Directions
- Mix cucumber and mint leaves in a blender then strain the puree through a fine-mesh, pressing on the solids to extract all of the liquid.
- Add the mint syrup, water and dissolved chews.
- Pour your liquid into Ice block moulds and freeze in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Remove when frozen and enjoy!
