Morning Sunshine Overnight Oats

Wake up to a quick and delicious breakfast with these Morning Sunshine Overnight Oats! Perfect for busy mornings, this recipe combines Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla, pineapple, oatmeal, and coconut milk for a nutritious start to your day. Prep it the night before and add a topping of coconut shavings and fruits for a tropical twist. These oats are not only yummy but will save you time while keeping you fuelled for the day. Ideal for busy mums and families on the go!

 

Ingredients

For the base: 

+ 1 scoop/sachet of Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla

+ 1 cup chopped pineapple chunks

+ 1 cup oatmeal

+ 250ml coconut milk

+ 1 tbsp chia seeds 

 

+  Shredded coconut & fruits (optional toppings)

 

 

Directions 

  1. Get two mason jars ready and a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir your base ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Divide into the mason jars.
  4. Add the coconut shavings and fruits on top.
  5. Let sit in fridge overnight (or at least 30 minutes)
  6. Enjoy in the morning or on the go!

 

NOTE: These will keep for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
