Perfect for those seeking an alcohol-free option, or you can make it an adults-only drink by adding white rum. This mocktail is a delicious mix of lemon, basil, and blackberries, topped with ginger ale and soda water for a fizzy finish.
Ingredients
+ Juice Plus+ Chewables (we use Fruit!)
+ 30ml fresh lemon juice
+ 1/2 tbsp of raw cane sugar
+ 1/2 lime, quartered
+ 3 ripe blackberries, plus more for garnish (or berry of choice)
+ 7 basil leaves, plus more for garnish
+ 60ml ginger ale
+ 60ml soda water
+ crushed ice
Tip: You can substitute blackberries with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or cherries.
Directions
- Let chewables soak in lemon juice for at least 1 hour
- Muddle 4 Juice Plus+ chewables with raw cane sugar until smooth
- Add lime segments, blackberries and muddle more
- Add basil and muddle just a little
- Stir ginger ale in
- Strain over crushed ice
- Top with soda water
- Rub rim of glass with lime
- Decorate with basil leaves, lime garnish and/or whole berries
- Serve right away and enjoy!
