Start your Christmas morning with a burst of festive flavour! This Plum Christmas Bowl is a creamy, nutritious smoothie bowl filled with banana, plums, berries, and a touch of cinnamon for a deliciously healthy breakfast. Topped with fresh berries or granola, it’s a colourful, wholesome way to fuel your day and bring holiday cheer to the breakfast table.

 

  

Ingredients 

+  1 ripe banana
+  3 ripe red plums (pitted, cut into pieces)
+  Finely grated zest of 1 orange
+  125g mixed frozen berries
+  1 tbsp almond butter
+  1 tbsp chia seeds
+  1/2 tsp cinnamon
+  2 scoops/sachets of Juice Plus+ Chocolate Complete

Optional Toppings

+  Fresh berries, such as raspberries
+  Granola bar, crushed

  

Directions 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a bowl and add your choice of toppings.

Enjoy this vibrant and nourishing breakfast as a festive way to start your day! If the smoothie is too watery, add extra chia seeds (up to 15g per day/person).
