Berry Cacao Smoothie

Just like a Cherry Ripe, this smoothie is packed with antioxidants, fibre, and immune-supporting ingredients! Blend with coconut oil or MCT oil for extra benefits, and if using frozen berries, blitz well. For a fun, kid-friendly twist, freeze into ice block moulds - try adding whole blueberries for a delicious surprise!

Ingredients    

 

+  150 g Mixed Berries or Acai

+ 240 ml cold Filtered Water

+ 1 sachet/scoop of Juice Plus Complete Dutch Chocolate

+  20 g Ceremonial Cacao Rocks 

+ 5g Chia Seeds

  

Directions  

  1.      Add all ingredients to the Blender and blitz until well combined.
