Their vibrant red hue and unique flavour make them a standout Christmas snack that’s healthy, delicious, and perfect for festive gatherings. Made with beetroot powder, freeze-dried raspberries, and Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete, they’re a nutritious and fun snack for the whole family. These bliss balls are a delightful, guilt-free way to celebrate the season!

 

 

Ingredients

 

+  125g almond meal
+  2 tbsp freeze-dried raspberries
+  1 tbsp beetroot powder
+  50g goji berries
+  1 tsp pure vanilla extract
+  1 tbsp agave syrup
+  1 tbsp coconut oil
+  200g medjool dates
+  1 scoop/sachet Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete 
+  Water (if needed)
+  Crushed freeze-dried raspberries (for rolling)   

 

Directions  

  1. Place all ingredients in a small food processor and blend until a well-combined dough forms.
  2. Roll the mixture into small truffle-sized balls.
  3. Coat each bliss ball in crushed freeze-dried raspberries for an extra burst of flavour and colour.
